Antique English 19th Century Regency Rosewood Work Table Lamp Table C.1820

An elegant English Regency work table, raised on a finely turned pedestal support terminating in a shaped quadripartite base with outswept feet. The rectangular top sits above a fitted case containing two short drawers, each retaining its original turned wooden knobs.
The frieze and sides are decorated with restrained satinwood stringing and inlaid geometric motifs, characteristic of Regency taste.

A handsome piece, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship throughout.
The table retains a pleasing surface patina and remains in excellent antique condition commensurate of age.
