A brass cheval mirror in the Empire revival taste, the rectangular tilting plate set within a fine brass frame between two reeded columnar uprights, each surmounted by a cast seated lion finial. The columns rise from a stepped brass base fitted with a lower shelf/stretcher, supported on out-swept scrolling legs terminating in ball feet.
Old wear and oxidation to the brass consistent with age throughout; mirror plate shows some edge foxing (please see photos).
