Pair Mid Century Italian Kidney Form Sorcerer Table Mirrors Attributed to Cristal Arte, Turin C.1950

A striking pair of Italian mid-century table mirrors of biomorphic kidney form, each with a continuous sawtooth-cut bevelled edge running the full perimeter. The mirrored surfaces are frameless, the glass set within a simple metal surround and raised on three brass dome-head feet.

As a pair the two opposing curves create a yin-yang dynamic with strong graphic presence on a dressing table, console, or sideboard.

Condition is good, consistent with age. One mirror shows some foxing and minor silvering loss. No chips to the sawtooth edge noted. Both retain their original brass feet.
